How fast will I hear back?
Within one business day, usually much sooner. We're a small NZ team, so weekends and public holidays can add a little time but we read everything.
Is my message private?
Completely. Whatever you share stays between you and our team. We never share your details with anyone, and fertility journeys are sensitive. We treat them that way.
Can you give medical advice?
We can share what we know from experience and point you to the right resources, but we're not medical professionals. For clinical questions, we'll happily refer you to specialists in our au directory.
I want to return or exchange something.
No problem, just pop your order number in your message and tell us what's up. For hygiene reasons we can't accept opened intimate-use products, but unopened items can be returned within 30 days.
